Our extensive business litigation practice includes partnership disputes, corporate litigation, shareholder derivative actions, contract disputes, commercial litigation and related transactional counseling, professional malpractice defense, collections actions, general business torts and contract litigation, trade secret disputes, probate litigation, securities litigation, and loan fraud.

Environmental Law & Litigation

The Law Offices of K. Greg Peterson provides assistance in a range of environmental law matters, representing clients before various California state agencies, including the Department of Toxic Substances Control and the State Water Quality Control Board, and assisting clients in related enforcement and cost recovery litigation, whether instituted by public agencies or private parties.  We also have experience with Brownfields procedures concerning state-monitored cleanup of previously-contaminated property for redevelopment.

Construction Litigation

We have both defended and prosecuted a number of construction disputes involving all types of projects, from commercial real property to private residences.  These actions often involve construction contracts and disputes, construction defect litigation, architect and contractor negligence actions, payment disputes, and mechanic's liens.

At the Law Offices of K.
